All the appearance of attitude without the actual attitude--Vain offers awesome style at bargain rates. It's a veritable Seattle style establishment, and haircuts start at $28. For an even better deal, call the salon directly and ask about their $15 haircut specials. Vain also has a makeup artist on staff for the complete makeover or prep for a night on the town.
