SUPER BAD AND ATROCIOUS SERVICE IN A CAR WASH !. My wife got me a discount carwash special at your Auburn unit(next to the Chevron Station by the Super Mall) For $ 13.00 and some change I have never had such a bad service experience going through a car wash. The 2 kids who were supposedly drying out you wet car hardly touch the car except for the front windshield and rear oen . They also supposedly dress up the white side wall tires and wipe the rims, they did not do any of it except sprayed real quick without wiping, They have cigarettes hanging from their mouth and really do not care !!! Bad Service and more so BAD BUSINESS !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

Auburn Elephant sucks. Company advertised "Holiday Special" for washing/ waxing/ detailing vehicle for $99. This was to include wash, hand wax, treat exterior windows with Rain-X, clean/ treat exterior/ interior vinyl, clean interior windows, shampoo interior and free "tree" air freshener. Truck was not washed thoroughly, nor waxed completely, dirt left on the back of cab, brow of cab and windshield, Rain-X not applied, "tree" not provided. There was road tar and bird droppings that were not removed, yet were waxed over. When I brought this to the attention of the person who did the work, it was met with a surly, don't care attitude. Contacted location manager. He even stated that they did not do a good job. I requested a refund for the price of the wash/ wax/ Rain-X. He would not agree. Called corporate office, was told I would get a call from owner. Call from ownership not returned.
