Sad to see bad food and bad service!. My burger was dry and overcooked and the salad was wilted and sad! The worst part was the snotty waitress did not seem to be concerned or have a solution? This difference between this location and Auburn is night and day! Stay out of Federal Way!

Bad Food Bad Attitude!. After my third bad experience at this Red Robin I had to speek out! Poorly cooked (burnt) Fish with a metallic taste. When I asked to return it all I got was a BAD attitude!

burger heaven. Large hamburgers and some of the BEST milkshakes I have had...Friendly service.Place always seems busy so you may have to wait for service...
