WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. I would give it a NO STAR if there is an option. This place has NO SERVICE what so ever. We tried their "all you can eat" menu for dinner last night. When we want to reorder a second plate of bbq meat, the servers totally ignored us (not just once, but 3 times). I am sure they saw us waving at them! Finally, we decided to leave. My mom left her tip on the table not knowing that you're suppose to pay tips upfront. The owner (a lady in her 40s), stopped my mom from walking out because she did not pay tip. What in the world is that???? I have some really cool Korean friends, but this Korean family is nothing but CHEAP!!! Will discourage all my friends from going!

Nice food but no service. Had one lunch and two dinners. Food was ok but the service was really bad. I had thought it was just the time or they were just off or short handed but three bad service experience was enough.

Bad Service & Fair Korean. The service is a loser. My last visit, I went with three other (non-Korean) people. After we made our order, another guy just entered the restaurant -- and was given the usual "sides" before us and then given his meal before any of us. The waitress never checked on us, and didn't refill our empty tea cups. On the wall are several "specials" posted in Korean. I politely asked the waitress what is the special, and she just said "I don't know" then walked off. We were given the feeling that the waitress just didn't want to serve us. I do love the BBQ lunch special #1. Avoid seafood soup, the soup is very tastey and spicey, but the seafood in it are tiny bits. The horrible I've received service stops me from recommending this place, but the food is worth a peek if you're driving by.
