Excellent Asian Food
by jls98001 at Citysearch
Indochine located in Federal Way is a cut above all the other chinese/thai restaurants in the south King County area. The menu is large and so is the plate size. The only issue I have is they close earlier than I think they should and they do seem to rush you as their closing hour arrives.
- Pros: Food
- Cons: Closing time
Better Than Anything In Seattle

I have dined in most of the Thai eateries in Seattle and none compare to Indochine. Portions are probably %35-%50 more substantantial than what you get in Seattle. The quality is also higher at Indochine. Try the garlic green beans with beef, lemon grass chicken entree and mango fried rice. The dumplings are an excellent starter choice.
The atmosphere is very casual though the decor is very nice for a Thai restaurant. It is definitely worth a drive to Federay Way.
- Pros: large portions, dumplings, mango fried rice
- Cons: In Federal Way
I never leave hungry!

And that's not because the portions are large, though they are.
It's because I can't get enough of dishes like the Spring Basil Salad, the Lemon Grass Chicken, or the outstanding Shrimp Spring rolls.
Absolutely my favorite Thai place!
- Pros: Food
