Good place to live.
This can be a very good place to live, depending on your preferences.
Condition - Excellent. Paint, carpets, countertops, windows, blinds all in wonderful shape.
Lighting - Excellent. Many windows, big working sliding glass door.
Heating - Good. Enough heaters to keep the place warm, but a decent amount is lost to single pane glass and a front door that isn't snug.
Maintenance - Excellent. Quick to respond to requests, and thorough.
Grounds - Beautiful, and well maintained.
Parking - Practically at your front door, as long as you pay $20/month. Street parking available.
Pets - All pets allowed, lots of people have bigger dogs.
Neighbors - People of many ages and cultures, who are generally respectful of eachother but not very outgoing. Some kids run rampant during the warmer seasons, some dog owners don't clean up after their pets.
Access - Grocery/Bar/Food/Drug/Gas/Bus all within 1 block.
Management - Great. Friendly, polite, but somewhat of a high turnover rate.
Amenities - Tanning bed & couple of workout machines in the office (restricted hours), pool (but who uses those here?)
Other notes: Pay by check/money order unless you're up for a significant fee for credit card use.…
