Consumer beware

Took an expensive comforter in to be cleaned. Picked it up and more than 1/2 was a different shade than it originally was. They did not do anything to fix, except suggest to buy another one and they would pay me for the new one. I asked to have the $24 cleaning fee refunded, they said no, but did settle and gave me $2.97 towards the cleaning. I was insulted. I will never use their service again. Terrible customer service, and customer gaurentee and satifaction is not practiced.
