I LOVE THIS STORE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just moved here from California, and I am in love with this store. Everyone that works here, are so nice. The lady who works here in the mornings, is such a sweetheart. I believe she is the owner. She always has nice things to say and takes a sincere amount of effort to get to know you. Every time I am there, I feel as though she knows the names of everyone that walk in the store including me. Amazing customer service. Her son, Bobby, is also very nice, friendly guy to talk to. This mom n pop shop delivers excellent customer service. I use this store in my seminars at work when I talk about high level of customer service. This store has been here for awhile, and I think the key to sucess is how well you know your customer.

Pro's: Location, CUSTOMER SERVICE, & prices on cigarettes and tobacco, and freshest COFFEE in town

BEST 7-ELEVEN IN WASHINGTON STATE. This store is a prime example of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They Greet you each time you enter, help you find things you are looking for, and they are fast, always serving with a smile. The store Manager, Bobby, who I have know for years, just makes my day everytime I am there. I got to know the family over several years now and I swear, everytime I enter, they know me, my family, and almost every customer that walk's in.

Oh and, THEY DO ACCEPT ALL OF MY COUPANS, atleast all of my coupans, I have had cigarette coupans, and some store coupans as well and never had a problem. Sometimes I feel as though, everyone that works here, almost knows everyone that walks in here. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I LOVE THIS 7-ELEVEN.

(P.S. also has the best cigarette prices in town)

awful customer service be aware. I was getting some stuff from this store today, then I handed the clerk a valid 7-11 coupon for a cup of coffee that was given to me by another store. The clerk said they don't accept coupons at this store per the store manager/owner who's name is Bobby. I asked him to scan the coupon and I would pay what ever the computer says after scanning. The nasty clerk raised his voice at me in a very hostile attitude saying: "don't you get it, the store manager has instructed us not to accept any coupons, DON'T EVER COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN IF YOU PLAN TO USE A COUPON" that was what he said.

I was shocked by how rude and nasty the clerk was. he even added "you can call Bobby tomorrow to complain if you want" as if he doesn't care. what a jerk!

I will boycutt this store as long as it has the same awful management.
