Will never use their services again. One of the Aqua Quip techs came to diagnose a problem with my low-speed heat pump... Wasn't even able to figure out how to open the electrical door on my Sundance Spa then suggested I needed to replace the pump but only after I had the spa raised up off the ground from its lower deck platform. I took a chance and called another independent Spa repair guy from Everett. He figured out how to open the door and discovered that my pump was just clogged with debris thus saving me the expense of a replacement. I contacted management at Aqua Quip who offered nothing better than a 50% reimbersement on the original service call. I dislike ignorant customer service reps even more than I dislike incompetant service techs.

Very Poor Service. This is the first time that I've ever written a poor review, but a hot tub is a major investment and this company does not stand by the contractors it recommends for hot tub installation. Service is everything with a hot tub, and this company was very rude to me after its contractor installed a slab that was so bad that I had to hire another company to pull it up and repour it. The original contractor failed to remove the grass, double check the measurements (after Aqua Quip assured me that he was familiar with their products), square the sides, etc. He only used two pieces of rebar. Further, he couldn't even be bothered to pull up the forms. Aqua Quip didn't come out to check his work. In the end, I had to pay for the concrete work twice. I certainly couldn't get good service from this company, which appeared far more interested in the sale than the business/customer relationship.
