Editorial Review for Rock Bottom Brewery – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
Striped red awnings and patio seating out front give off a kind of bistro feel, but with a much more masculine vibe. The menu is a mix of standards like nachos and burgers, and more trendy dishes like sesame calamari, or seared Ahi tuna. Still, it's a pub, so indulge in guilty pleasures like the fried cheese sampler--gooey smoked mozzarella, provolone and pepper jack in a golden batter.

I have never had a single issue here. The menu is diverse and the staff is decent. I dont drink beer but seem to enjoy the food that is served at brewery restuarants. Rock Bottom doesnt disappoint. I usually stop here with friends if we have a case of the indecisives, its reasonably priced and its managed well, no long waits to be seated and no long waits to be served. I like the Titan Toothpicks and the Chicken with asparagus. Dessert is outstanding - the carrot cake, the brownie and especially the apple crisp. I do not like the live music, so that I try to avoid. The crowd that comes for the live music is unhip and obnoxious. Stop by if you have to satisfy a group of people in a timely manner, you wont be disappointed.
Pros: Safe bet, diverse menu
Cons: Their live music on weekends is not enjoyable.

I've been to Rock Bottom at several of their locations and everyone has outstanding service and great drafts. My favorite thing to get there is the Ball Park Prezel. It has with out a doubt the best dipping cheese ever. Also, I love their Brewer's Club. Although be aware that it is a huge sandwich and if you are having a beer as well, I recommend splitting the sandwich and sharing it. If you've never been before, defiantly get the beer sampler. They bring out large "shots" oh each beer so that you can taste it and pick your favorite.
Pros: Great Beer, fun sports like atmosphere, flavorful food
Cons: Large portions
