Fun Happy Hour. Enjoy the happy hour, espeically $2 mug club Tuesdays! The pizza is tasty and the best deal. I've tried the lunches and dinners and only been so-so satisfied. Okay food but nothing I really crave. Did not care for the flank steak chili. There was no flank steak and it arrived lukewarm. Blah. Waitress didn't give me the $2 mug club price because I didn't tell her before she rung up the bill. On the half dozen previous Tuesday you didn't have to tell the waitress, she automatically gave the club price. I apologized but the waitress was still a pain about having to re-ring my bill. Hey, full price was $5 and had she not been rude I would've tipped her the difference. Still a fun place for a brew after work or to unwind.

Safe standby - always satisfying. I have never had a single issue here. The menu is diverse and the staff is decent. I dont drink beer but seem to enjoy the food that is served at brewery restuarants. Rock Bottom doesnt disappoint. I usually stop here with friends if we have a case of the indecisives, its reasonably priced and its managed well, no long waits to be seated and no long waits to be served. I like the Titan Toothpicks and the Chicken with asparagus. Dessert is outstanding - the carrot cake, the brownie and especially the apple crisp. I do not like the live music, so that I try to avoid. The crowd that comes for the live music is unhip and obnoxious. Stop by if you have to satisfy a group of people in a timely manner, you wont be disappointed.

Great drafts and Awesome Food. I've been to Rock Bottom at several of their locations and everyone has outstanding service and great drafts. My favorite thing to get there is the Ball Park Prezel. It has with out a doubt the best dipping cheese ever. Also, I love their Brewer's Club. Although be aware that it is a huge sandwich and if you are having a beer as well, I recommend splitting the sandwich and sharing it. If you've never been before, defiantly get the beer sampler. They bring out large "shots" oh each beer so that you can taste it and pick your favorite.

Bumping music and brews by the pint bring in a cardigan-and-khakis crowd of all ages.. In Short
Striped red awnings and patio seating out front give off a kind of bistro feel, but with a much more masculine vibe. The menu is a mix of standards like nachos and burgers, and more trendy dishes like sesame calamari, or seared Ahi tuna. Still, it's a pub, so indulge in guilty pleasures like the fried cheese sampler--gooey smoked mozzarella, provolone and pepper jack in a golden batter.

Awesome happy hour and late night. This place has the best and cheapest microbrews in town, probably because they brew it on site. With 3 rotating beers you know that you are always in for something tasty and new. The live bands Thursday thru Friday and Kareoke on Sundays really adds to the "where should I go for some fun tonight?!" All in all the Rock Bottom is where I like to hang out after I get off work or to catch the local teams game.

Frat boys go upscale. Although I have eaten here many times without incident (unlike other reviewers' experiences), and I usually enjoy the non-diet-friendly food, I suspect that this is what happens when frat boys get some "sophistication" and a bank account. The decor is upscale pub, but the menu looks like Applebee's with a 20% premium on price, perhaps to pay the food stylist. It's a reliable place to eat, and would be inoffensive except for the noise of the band coming from upstairs. Men seem to be quite happy here with sports on TV and no women sitting at the bar -- kind of like a sports bar that isn't a sports bar. Also, considering it's generic feel, it's not surprising to find it is a national chain.

Best Brewery - Bottoms Up!. I love this place. The atmosphere is fun, the food is surprisingly tasty (esp. their salads), the brews are great, and sometimes the bands sound fabulous, too!

Home away from home. Rock Bottom is the only pub worth going to in Bellevue and I have to admit I am a regular there. (Guess I'm yuppie scum from some of the reviews). I love the food. The beer is premium! Humpback & red are the best. The service is always good and maybe it's because we are regulars but they treat us well and go that extra length to make our meals enjoyable and do special meal requests for us.
