exceptional service!

Joseph Jewelry provides excellent service! They aim to please! We ordered our rings custom and got what we asked for in a very reasonable time. We had to rush due to our upcoming wedding and they were able to meet the schedule that was promised of 3 weeks. Incredible! Most jewelers asked for 6 weeks. We are very pleased with our rings and will definitely return in the near future for all our jewelry needs. Both Joseph and Danny were friendly and very accommodating! Top-notch!!!

Excellent experience!

I am recommending these guys to everyone I know... great service, amazing custom product, and excellent price point.

I feel we got far more than we paid for. We had a custom setting prepared, they were very flexible with timing (I had a tight turnaround) and they made it happen, also very flexible and open to back and forth even as the design evolved.

We'll be shopping these guys exclusively for years to come...

Beautiful custom jewelry

I was incredibly pleased with my custom-made ring from Joseph Jewelry. From looking at all of the beautiful rings in their store, I found certain things I liked on 3 different rings...Danny listened patiently while I described how I would like my "dream" ring to look! Then a wax mold was created so that I could make sure that this is how I wanted the ring to look! The end product was stunning, beautiful, and something that is unique enough that nobody else will have exactly the same ring. Compared to other shops such as EE Robbins and Shane Company, we feel that Joseph Jewelry was also reasonably priced, so we much preferred to have a more personalized experience rather than be just another consumer of a chain store.

Working with the people at Joseph Jewelry was a very positive experience. Every time we saw them, they were attentive and professional, and my husband and I both feel that it was a very pleasant experience. It was wonderful to go in there and not feel pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Joseph Jewelry produces a very high quality product at a reasonable price and I know we will be going back to Joseph Jewelry for all of our jewelry needs in the future!

Great place for engagement/wedding rings

My husband found a great looking engagement ring/wedding band set for me in a magazine ad before we got engaged. Danny helped him to make the unique custom rings with diamonds and sapphire. I've never seen anyone wearing something similar, and I receive compliments all the time!

After our engagement, we went there again to order my husband's wedding band. He wanted to match his to the design of my rings. Danny helped us with the design with his great creativity and knowledge, and we had an opportunity to look at the precise image. The ring turn out to be exactly the way the image showed, and absolutely gorgeous.

We can always go back to have our rings cleaned professionally for free, and Danny and other staff are always very nice and helpful. We have had great experiences with them, and we highly recommend Joseph Jewelry whether you know exactly what you want or you just have some ideas.
