This place is absolutely amazing!!! The service is incredible, they have a HUGE selection of styles and can design anything you can think of! We're very particular and after months of shopping everywhere else, we were able to create the perfect engagement ring. We came in and picked out a few styles that we liked and had them integrate it into one ring. They made a 3-D rendering which helped us visualize exactly what the ring would look like. No other jewelry store that we looked at had this option. They had great communication and kept us informed on the status of our ring each step of the way. We were able to make changes after each 3-D rendering until we were completely satisfied with the design. They then made a wax mold so we could try it on and see it in real life. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all custom rings. We were thrilled that the ring included lifetime cleaning and free check ups to make sure the diamonds are in place. We would highly recommend Joseph Jewelry to anyone who wants a custom made ring that is unique with a lot of attention to detail. We have since been back to design both our wedding rings and will definitely come back again!

A fine piece of jewelry is an investment and it's not just manufactured it is artistically designed and created to be a unique work of art by those who have been blessed with such a talent. That's what Joseph Jewelry did for my wife. We worked personally with Danny, who helped her create the perfect custom design for an absolutely exquisite diamond pendant. This company operates in the highest level of integrity and customer service. We were so impressed with Danny's personal attention to every detail through the process. He gave us a tour and showed us how the different steps of creating jewelry are accomplished. He listened to my wife's ideas and helped her with suggestions that ended up adding the final wow-factor to the piece. My wife gets compliments every single time she wears it and she always tells them about Danny and Joseph Jewelry. If you want the best, this is it.

My fiance and I believe that part of the excitement of getting engaged includes the man choosing the ring without input from the woman. This created quite a lot of anxiety for me as I am sure you can understand.

I came to Joseph with a couple of ideas, and some pictures. Over the course of several months he helped me to develop my design and created the perfect ring, and I mean PERFECT!

The level of customer service is was beyond anything I have ever experienced before and was maintained from the first time I contacted them through today. Hands down, the best!

Joseph Jewelry's staff are all experts and genuinely care. I could have saved a little money going somewhere else, and settling on a nice ring. But if your going to do something, do it right. I didn't end up with a nice ring, I ended up with a PERFECT ring! I am a customer for life, and will only deal with the wonderful people at Joseph Jewelry from now on.

Joseph's Jewelry upholds "[s]atisfaction guaranteed" in its and goes above and beyond customer expectations.

I chanced upon Joseph's Jewelry exactly two months ago in hopes of finding a jeweler capable and skilled enough in helping me create a ring both intimate and unique. Upon reading countless reviews, researching surrounding jewelers, and having heard word of mouth on Joseph Jewelry's service and craftsmanship, I decided that Joseph's Jewelry would likely be the best place to go to.

Designing a ring has been a very hands-on experience with Joseph's Jewelry. The end-product is a result of collaborative effort and to get there, Joseph's Jewelry is very responsive to the customer's needs and vision and makes sure the customer is absolutely satisfied.

For instance, I let Bonnie (one of the associates at Joseph's Jewelry) know that I was travelling internationally for a couple weeks, and she told me that would not be a problem. Turns out, it really never was. She responded either within half a day to 24 hours (at most), responding with constructive feedback and suggestions. From start to finish, very courteous, professional, and comfortable to work with.

There have been countless modifications and changes made to the ring I initially envisioned. Being such an important and intimate piece of work, I wanted to make sure that every facet of the design, from diamonds, metal, and setting, was to my satisfaction. To say the least, Joseph's Jewelry had no problem accommodating.

Going above and beyond what was required of them was when Joseph's Jewelry expunged certain costs to the ring due to unforeseen additions that were necessary to be made in order for the ring in its entirety to be proportionate to my girlfriend's finger. Going from a 3.5 to a 3.75, additional materials were required but at no cost to me. Amazing service, hands-down.

I have never met a jewelry business as honest and professional as Joseph's Jewelry. Their rating as being one of the best, if not the best, is not simply for show but is the result of their quality of service and craftsmanship.

I will be going back for my bands and will be referring friends here with absolute confidence.

My wife and I highly recommend Joseph Jewelry in Bellevue. Their staff was extremely helpful to us, especially Ryan.

My recommendation: Do your homework & understand the guide to selecting diamonds (library, web, etc) for Cut, Color, Clarity. Then visit the malls and the well known diamond stores in the area (you know...the stores that advertise regularly on the radio). Keep good notes for every diamond that you see for the 3 "Cs", size, dimensions & the cost range that fits into your budget. But, stay strong and do not make any decisions yet. Eventually, you will have a very nice, side by side comparison list of every diamond that you saw!

Become your own diamond expert 1st...and then visit Joseph's. When you walk in the door, you will then have the confidence to know how to spot a quality diamond and a fair price. What you will find at Joseph's is a well trained staff who is there to be helpful and will not place added pressure to buy.

My wife and I looked at many diamonds before walking into Joseph's. But, we decicded to buy at Joseph's simply because of their no pressure, helpful & friendly way of doing business. After deciding that we were going to do business with Joseph's, we narrowed down our diamond search to just (2) stones. Both stones surpassed our expectations. The stone that we finally chose is perfect to us and was a very, very good value.

It is now 3 months after we made our purchase and we could not be happier. We are completely confident that we received a fantastic diamond at a great value. So, if you are in the market for a diamond and a ring setting, do yourself a favor and put Joseph Jewelers in Bellevue high on your list.

Also: Do yourself another favor and stick with a GIA certified diamond. This specifc certification will benefit you in the long run. There are other certification names out there, but the GIA cert will help retain the diamond's value over the long run. It will also help to confirm the value of the diamond for insurance if the stone should ever be lost or stolen.

100% Satisfaction Advertised.....100% Satisfaction Received!. I really wish I could write about every detail of my experience with Joseph Jewelry in just one review. Unfortunately, it would be so long that nobody would read the entire review. So, I will highlight as much as possible without getting longwinded and if anybody wants to contact me personally, I would be happy to take the time to email or speak on the phone with any reviewer that may have questions or hesitant to give Joseph's a try. They really are remarkable in my opinion

Joseph's is a small jeweler in the heart of old town Bellevue. Joseph and Danny own and operate Joseph's along with a handful of equally talented employees.

This place has absolutely exquisite jewelry in their showroom, but if you don't find that piece that blows your hair back, the team at Joseph's will work with you to design or modify a current design to your exact taste and specifications using some sort of computer program that is really impressive. I worked with them to modify an existing design in their showroom for an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 12 years and 2 children. It took about 6-8 weeks to get it completed from the day I walked in the door to the time I picked up the ring, but let me tell you it was worth the wait.

They promised me on day 1 that they would make me 100% satisfied and they did just that. The ring is made so well, that I couldn't find anything wrong with it looking at it under 10X magnification using my schools microscope. Its too bad I cant put a picture of it in this review.

Anyway, the service I received at Joseph's was nothing short of amazing. They listened intently to my concerns and ideas about the ring and never made me feel like they were too busy to help me or another customer with deeper pockets was more important. I even dressed super casual (shorts, t-shirt, backwards hat) on day 1 and I was treated the same as the guy across the store from me in a nice suit that looked like he was oozing with more money than me.

I know Im leaving out some details here but dont let my lack or writing talent dissuade you from trying Joseph's.

The long and short of it is this:

IF YOU DONT AT LEAST GIVE THIS PLACE A FAIR SHAKE AT YOUR JEWELRY BUSINESS, YOU ARE THE ONE MISSING OUT!!!!!

Very Pleased!. Wanted to create a special ring for that special someone and Joseph Jewelry made it happen!

I started with a small sketch which was turned into something that was so incredible I could not believe my eyes. Joseph's website made it really easy to communicate with the shop on the design, pricing and time frame of the ring. I had them use diamonds and gold from my fiances Grandmothers ring to create a one of a kind piece that could never be duplicated.

Joseph was great to work with and I would recommend his shop to anyone looking for custom jewelry!

The best in town. Joseph Jewelry is the best jewelry store I have ever worked with. Both Danny and Joseph are very proffesional and quite willing to make sure you get what you are looking for. I have purchased customs rings for my wife, my son got his wedding ring designed there and I have referred quite a few friends who have had nothing but a great exprience with them. I know there are other custom Jewelers in the area, however you will not find a more honest and proffesional team to work with. These guys are really the best in town!!

Top Notch!. My husband and I went into Joseph Jewelry to inquire about using diamonds we already had to incorporate into a new ring. Our intent was also to upgrade the center stone in my current ring. We kept running into road blocks when we stopped at big box jewelry stores. I had a copy of an 'inspiration ring' but wanted to use our stones, upgrade the center stone, and tweak it a bit to my liking. We ended up working with Danny (both brothers are excellent!) and were treated with the utmost respect and care. He listened intently to my desires and a few weeks later, I am wearing the ring of my dreams. It looks even better than the inspiration ring. They credited us the gold from our other pieces as well as the old center stone. He remembered every minute detail from our discussions and incorporated it into a masterpiece. We definitely plan on using Joseph Jewelry as our exclusive jeweler. They are classy, professional, perfectionists and treat each customer like gold!

An absolute A+ experience!. Went to Joseph Jewelry to buy an engagement ring. Ended up working with one of the owners, Danny, to design a custom engagement ring. Danny truly listened to me when I described what it is that my fiancee is like, as the design really was about her. The process that followed was awesome, as they emailed me graphics of what the ring would look like, did a wax casting of the ring, and once I approved that, had the ring finished a few weeks later.

Joseph Jewelry makes the vast majority of the jewelry it sells and it is made right there in the back room. I found this really impressive and it left me feeling more connected to the engagement ring and the process. I highly recommend asking for a tour of the back room, as I felt like I was stepping in an older world atmosphere in terms of the craftsmanship that was all around me.

As for the ring, it looked amazing but, of course, it's not my opinion that counts but, rather, my fiancee's and she absolutely loves it. She loves that the ring is perfect for her. And what I love about Joseph Jewelry is that I really believe that they are not wedded to any one style but truly want to make jewelry for you in the style that you want. In other words, their only agenda is to make their customers 100% satisfied. I know this reads like propaganda but having experienced it, all I can say is that I am evangelical about them as a business.

In sum: wonderful customer service, wonderful product, wonderful people, and a wonderful local business.
