One Stop Shop. I stumbled on this company through an ad I saw last summer and boy did I save a bunch of time looking for a place to live. They really know the area and found me an awesome apartment. Some of the Best Service I have Experienced in my Life!. Like any free service, it all depends on who you work with. Three years ago I may not have given this service 5 stars. Not because they weren't good, but the lady I worked with was just not very exciting--even though I did rent an apartment she told me about.

So this time around, someone told me to ask for Melissa. She was unbelievable. Melissa convinced me to move to a brand new building that was not even close to what I thought I wanted. I was set on living in Kirkland again and she told me to step out of the Kirkland box and look at Bellevue, which has become a cool place to live. She set up an appointment for me, and when I got to the apartment community to look at the place, SHE WAS THERE WAITING FOR ME! Gave me a hug and said "I know you will just love this place. It's you". She was right and I left a deposit on the spot. I never felt pressured but sometimes you need someone to give you a little push.

Best move I've ever made. High class building and incredible neighbors. Unlike any apartment building I've ever lived in. Thanks, Melissa, for making me see that there is more to life than living in Kirkland!! And thanks for all the notes and follow up emails. You are the best!

The funniest part of this is that when I went to the office of my old apartment building to tell them I was leaving, the lady working in the office was the original Apartment Finders lady that I had worked with. She didn't even remember me. But I bet Melissa never forgets my name!…
