Bait & Switch. Pacific Guest Suites equals bait and switch. On line they show great photos of an apartment building in Seattle called Harbor Steps.

In reality when you attempt to check in you are given a phone number for “Bill Neal” who explains that you cannot check in because Harbor Steps is overbooked. Bill Neal will then explain that he cannot supply you with a room in Seattle but would be glad to provide you one in Bellevue Washington.

My wife and I needed up in a La Quinta with no swimming pool, no kitchen, and no view. We booked through Pacific Guests Suites because of the promised amenities and we received none.
