This is a much needed review. I actually went here about two years ago when I was a junior in high school (I'm now a freshman in college). I cannot forget my bad experience here. Although I loved the girl who did my hair, it was just bad. I am asian, so obviously its hard to highlight your hair without it turning an ugly orange or yellow. I went here and the girl had to dye my hair twice and it didn't even look anything different. So I wasted my money first off. Then when she was washing the dye out, she shampooed my hair 7 times! I don't know what she did, but the dye didn't come out. That dye didn't come out for at least two weeks! My bathtub floor became a greyish black color. I can't say that I can give a very good review because I have only been here once, but I didn't have a good experience here.

Nothing but bad new here. Two different stylists destroyed my hair--one turned it black (she was late for the appt and double booked the time, so could not do the foils as usual and instead applied all over color, did not time it but left it on about 40 minutes while she took the other client, then refused to fix it. The owner referred me to another stylist (Jamie the jabber mouth) who burned it to a crisp (my head too) and fried it to an ugly ashy white. She's too busy talking a non-stop monologue to notice what she is doing, My hair was a perfect reddish brown before all this. Now I will likely have to cut it off to get rid of the damage. Did they offer to fix it? Ha! Refund? Ha! they just tell you to go somewhere else. Good luck if you end up at this salon.

Shauna is terrific!!! She has been my. Shauna is terrific!!!

She has been my sylist for 5 years and I trust her totally. She is fun, funny and has a ton of experience! (over 15 years or something like that). She has a great sense of style too and really considers how the overall cut and color will look.

The best thing about Shauna is she never disppoints me, She chooses great color for me and steers me when the color I am thinking or cut I am considering might look funky. She is honest and offers great suggestions or alternatives I always love.

She's a blast to chat with too. :)

Disappointed with Heidi. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Heidi a try for hair color. Unfortunately, the color was blah and the highlights stuck out like a sore thumb. Needed to be blended and toned better. Will not be back again.

Larissa = My Favorite Stylist!. This review is for Larissa at Salon Bella - she is FANTASTIC. I see her for haircuts, all over color, and occasional balayage. She really is the best stylist I have ever had work on my hair. I used to wear my hair long and straight with bangs. Now I have short hair with bangs and I wear it curly. She is very versatile with working with all types of hair styles and she gives the BEST tips on maintaining my look in between appointments.

As for her personality - Larissa is very sweet and personable.

As for her prices - very reasonable.

Last Spring I made the mistake of seeing a different stylist (at a different salon) and it was a disaster! I saw Larissa a week later to fix my hair and I will never let anyone else touch my hair ever again!

Lucy. When I first went to Salon Bella I was desperate to fix my eye brows.

I had them waxed quite a few times but every time they were uneven, too thin, too arched. Something wasn't right. So I stopped getting them waxed and decided to tackle them myself.

Finally I search online for the closest salon and found Lucy! I am truly so happy that I have met Lucy!

She is absolutely amazing at what she does, I couldnt be happier with how my eye brows look.

When I first went in she told me that the shape of your eye brows totally changes your face and it is SO true.

They are perfect. And Lucy really understands that everyones face isnt the same. She also gave me some great make up tips for them, she goes above and beyond.

I will not trust anyone else!

Just go in and listen to Lucy :)

Dawn you are the BEST!. Dawn has been cutting and coloring my hair for six years. She is an amazing colorist and knows exactly how to cut my hair. I highly recommend Dawn to anybody wanting fantastic color and the best cut in town!

Heidi is an incredible hairdresser!. Heidi Wipf makes you feel good and look good!

She first listens carefully and together we decide what color, cut or other treatment would help. Oh yes, she keeps records of everything used on my hair!

Heidi gives you her undivided attention from start to finish and makes you feel incredible. She is at the forefront of trends and products and only recommends products that are "safe"! Last time she used the Brazilian Keratin Treatment on my hair (the safe one) and couldn't get over the silky effect - whilst still allowing my hair to be be wavy on the ends - allowing it to turn up or under.

It's great going to a hairdresser who is so friendly, great sense of humor and is so proficient in cutting, coloring, styling and straightening.

When I need rejuvenating (and that's often) Heidi is the one for me!

Dawn Knows Curls. Dawn is a curl expert. I have the most difficult hair combination - curly, thick, coarse and graying. She knows just what to do with it. I love the highlights - others said I could never have them - with dark brown hair and curls. The cut falls into place. I wash and go!
