Outstanding Service. I've always gone to Cathy for hairstyling for and she's never disappointed once. She gives the greatest razor cuts ever. The color she gives me as well is awesome. And is always up to date on the current hair trends. I haven't found anyone else that does excellent men's haircuts and colors. Highly recommended for the whole family.

Best haircut in the suburbs. I found the Mark Allen Salon while looking for a store nearby. I needed a haircut so I decided to walk in and see what they had available. I was informed it would be a short wait as all their available stylists were with clients. I didn't have to wait long, though. I was given a robe to change into and then offered a beverage. Right after I sat down, a client left and I was informed that a stylist was available. I was asked to follow Cathy to the shampoo area where I my hair was shampoo'd and conditioned--including a relaxing scalp massage. After that, we went into the salon area where other stylists were busy with cuts, colors, perms, etc. The clients here all looked relaxed unlike at some other salons I've been to like Gene Juarez or Seven.

I was expecting a short "shave" with electric clippers and was very surprised when Cathy reached for a comb and scissors. Since moving to Seattle, I've had mediocre haircuts from lazy stylists using electric clippers and thought, FINALLY, and old-fashioned haircut! Cathy took great pains to make sure the cut was even on both sides and the back of my head. She did an excellent job of blending the close-cropped sides and back with the slightly longer hair on the top of my head. I was given a hand-held mirror so I could see the cut all around. After affirming that it was an excellent cut, I was given another shampoo and conditioning scalp massage which was VERY nice since I did not have to worry about bits of cut hair getting caught in my clothing and irritating my neck and shoulders. Cathy then styled my hair and led me back to the changing rooms. I felt clean and presentable--unlike quick haircuts when they just drape a cape over you buzz your head then ship you out. I decided to make another appointment with Cathy before leaving to make sure I could get another excellent cut next time.

Best haircut and color in Bellevue. This is the best salon in Bellevue by far.... My husband gave me a gift card for Mark Allen Salon in February on the advice of his secretary. My hair has NEVER looked better. My color is always beautiful and my haircuts are always amazing. All my friends now are getting their hair, skin and nails done here. Try their product line Spa Siam, the hair care and skincare products are great.

Awesome service!. I Loved this Salon. the staff is so friendly and the stylist do an amazing job. the prices are very reasonable too. plus they have cute little acessories for sale.

WOW!!!!. I recently moved to Bellevue and I was referred to Mark at the Mark Allen Salon by my sister. He gave me the best haircut of my life. My sister has looked good for years, now I know why. The salon staff is warm and friendly with a wonderful front desk. After my haircut I as at the Sonics game and come to find out Mark Allen Salon does the dance team hair and make up. Now I know why. Wonderful experience...

Great place. This is one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. My new look (cut and color) is the envy of my office! The staff was polite. My stylist was knowledgable, caring and skilled. They served me a tasty spiced tea. I look forward to returning for my permanent cosemetics appointment.
