No longer there.
I use to go to Corfit and was sad when they closed their doors. I have found a new place that rates if not the same or better.... Klein Massage and Day Spa(look them up on City Search). It is located right down the street in Cedar Park Office Park. I had a Massage, Facial and Pedicure. The space was decorated beautifully and the staff was kind and helpful. I was very impressed and afterwards very relaxed.
I will be telling all my friends and family to make an appointment TODAY for all their spa services.
Excellent massages!. Although I'm used to the spas at Gene Juarez, Aveda, Sanctuary Spa, and Salish Lodge, the massages at Corfit definitely rival the ones at these high-end spas. It is not a huge spa with Zen-like fountains and rock gardens, Vichy showers, or Japanese soaking pools. Corfit is in an office park, but they have done an excellent job of creating a relaxing and lovely atmosphere. The staff are helpful and gracious. If you are lucky enough to have Mia, then you've won the massage Lotto! If you have a Microsoft discount, you get 15-20% off all their treatments. If you need a 2 1/2 hour spa escape with all the bells and whistles, by any means, go to a Gene Juarez. But if you just want a fantastic massage and are more open-minded about the low-key atmosphere Corfit has, then give it a try. You'll end up being a regular.
AWESOME. I was really impressed by this place. I got a gift certificate for a spa facial and pedicure at CorFit for my b-day. I made an appt. and didn't really know what to expect. Mark - the owner is an absolute gem (he did my zen facial) and makes you feel like your well being is the most important thing in the world. A woman did my pedicure and was fantastic. The decor is totally cool and you leave there feeling destressed and again able to face this stressful world. The fact that it is in a business office setting didn't bother me but I guess some of the snobs might complain. I think CorFit is a wonderful escape and the owner has done so much to make this a wonderful retreat. Highly recommended! I cannot wait to go back.
Best Ever. I've been to Gene Juarez twice and InSpa three times and this place beats both of them in every category. Sure, it's a bit of a shock to go from an office building exterior to what you see in their waiting room, but it's a pleasant distraction. My therapist was Alicia and she's one of the overall nicest people I've ever met. She seemed to genuinely care about my well-being and that's something I rarely get at massage places. I was also there for an exfoliation, as well, and the woman I met during that treatment was also very nice. I'm going back as soon as I can.
It's a World Imports-meets-office-space atmosphere at this Bellevue spa..
The Scene
Take away the chenille throws, the bamboo wall hanging and the African artwork, and this spot could be an insurance agency. But the cozy, eclectic décor and the wafting scent of aromatherapy create a relaxing, if not luxurious atmosphere. In the treatment rooms, shades and gentle music mask the sounds of rush-hour traffic from the nearby freeway. There aren't locker rooms or showers, and the bathrooms are down the hall, but rooms are very private.
The Services
The Suh-Ba-Drah may or may not "balance your dosha," but its package of body exfoliation, body mask and facial, will leave skin smooth and hydrated and the mind relaxed. The Zen facial uses a blend of essential oils personalized by skin type, and can include add-ons, such as the papaya enzyme mask. For those wanting greater results, certified staff offers microdermabrasion, photo-facials and glycolic treatments.
The Details
Massage, body treatments, wet treatments, Reiki, facials, medi-spa treatments, hair removal, manicure/pedicure.
One of the best!. I was referred from a friend and was, admittedly, hesitant about trying a new masseuse. They are professional with a soothing atmosphere. Each masseuse I have had has been excellent. Am going to refer all my friends!
Good but could be better. The services were overall quite good but the location includes freeway noise and creaky floors. The old office building feeling is hard to escape with the ceiling grid above and having to cross the hall for the restrooms. Highly recommend the facial and massage. The scrub and wrap are probably better done at a larger spa.
Life Maintenance Necessity. I am a retail buyer for Nordstrom, and a sinlge mother of two girls. Needless to say, life demands a lot of me. To counter-act the stress I have been receiving weekly massages for many years. I happened to see a coupon for CorFit in one of my mailers and decided to try it out. The immediate difference in the quality of treatment I received made me re-book that same day. My therapist has taken my body farther in three months time, than the last place did over the course of two years. I suggest this place to anyone looking for actual progress in his or her body, as well as great stress maintenance.
It was not what I expected.
I didn't expect a buisness park with a community bathroom in the hall?? the lobby was EXTREEMLY small. the waiting room is 5 steps from the 1st massage room. I could see right in one of the rooms when the therapist opened the door Oops...
because of the lack of room all the therapist have to stand in the small hallway. the massage was great! staff were nice but, This place is not a "spa" its bare bones. how did they even get 2 in this catagory?
