Very poorly operated. I would strongly dissuade anyone from joining this gym unless you work next door (which I do) and it?s a question of convenience. The locker rooms are dirty, things are always breaking, and the pool maintenance is atrocious. The towel service, for which they charge an exorbitantly high price, is inconsistent in that they are frequently out of towels. The pool has gone from hyper-chlorination to virtually chlorine-free. I wanted to use the shower after returning from a run, and there was not a single shower stall that had soap in the dispenser. Their efforts seem to be focused on the ?hard close sale? rather than on maintaining a quality club.

Additionally, they?re recently pushing this ?pay for a year up front, get the next year free? deal. Don?t do it! Trust me on this? Go month-to-month, if you want, but don?t do the pay up front option.

Many members take advantage of the convenient location to work out between 5pm and 7:30pm, running an actual treadmill while commuters navigate the highway variety.

now called Epicenter, has gone down hill. Beware, it is no longer Bellevue Place Club. New Owners, mass marketing, has gone seriously downhill

classy. Bellevue Place Club is the best club I have ever visited. Very classy, professional and clean. Seen alot of clubs in my days and this one rates #1
