I've been here almost 2 months. I have not seen some of the issues written by previous reviewers other than parking is tight. I sprung for a reserved covered spot for $35 a month and feel this is worth it. There are many different apartment building and apartment configurations. I got a great layout with back patio and windows overlooking retaining pond and wooded property edge. Many units do face each other in a center courtyard configuration. If you want more privacy, don't move into one of these.

Overall I am satisfied and the location is perfect!

Bad Management, Money-Minded, Worst Customer Care. Lived here for almost 4 years and had to vacate for sudden job transfer to a different city. There was no decent closure of lease by the management though I was willing to stick to the terms in the lease. The management was totally money-minded and demanded $1800 of cheque upfront along with rent cheque of $900 though I was vacating 10 days ahead. They found a new guy to move-in within 5 days but still ripped-me-off my money and returned back just $300 plus. Lost almost $1600+ to these guys just for being a loyal customer for 4 good years. Never ever think of considering this place.
