not happy with goodsell. Bought new stihl chainsaw and backpack blower less than year ago from goodsell. Had my previous equipment for 10yrs and loved the stihl product line. The new equipment however is a problem, both pieces i have numerous problems starting and had to take back in for them to tune. So just last week i take back in chainsaw and blower which wont start. They call me back several days later and tell me the chainsaw is dead, bad fuel. I say what is wrong with the fuel and he tells me that with the new emissions the units are now more sensitive to old gas. I ask , how old is old gas and he says over 30days, I say are you nuts... Same thing with my blower but he said for $125 he can fix it as no motor damage but must use new fresh gas each and every time. They would not replace my new chain saw, less than year old but would sell me a new one. Now I go out to start my blower which i had brought home from their repair earlier in the week and damn thing will not start. So i am ready to run out to kirkland again to drop the blower off again. Last time i will deal with them and last time i will buy the stihl product line. Impossible to keep "fresh" gas around unless you are a prof yard man. not happy with these boys anymore, they have lost my trust and confidence.…
These guys are the best!.
All I can say is wow - these guys are great!
They really know there stuff and go beyond the call of duty. We had a home project and our chainsaw broke down. These guys got us in and out and back to work the same day. Very fairly priced and excellent quality of service.
They've made and kept a customer for life - keep it up!…
Bad attitude, rude behavior.. I have been a customer for many, many years and, up until today, had been treated as a valued customer. I will NEVER return to Goodsell's after the "grandson" treated me so disrespectfully. It is clear that this family run business is not concerned with losing a long-time customer. I know this to be a fact as the grandson said so. He went on to tell me that his father owns the business which was started by his father. The grandson needs some training in customer relations. I had only been there with a chain saw blade to inquire about its current price so I could see if it was within range of prior blade purchases. The grandson slammed the blade on the counter and was clearly upset that I didn't buy its replacement. When mentioned to another service representative of the incident, that representative, also, was not apologetic and offered no explanation for being treated so rudely and disrepectfully. Although I'm a retired person watching expenses, anyone inquiring and not necessarily buying, should be treated respectfully and courteously. Shame on them!…
