From Acorn Uniforms.
First let me say that Acorn Uniforms is very sorry to hear of your experience Ocean34.
To answer your question it is not your fault that the sales clerk didn’t do his or her job, and again we apologize.
It is always Acorn Uniforms policy to ask a first time customer for contact information. We let them know that we do not sell or share this information ever and is only to help us better serve our customers. 100% customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If we are not granted that information then we truly have no way to contact our customers to let them know if something should arise with a given transaction.
Acorn Uniforms strictly follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) policies that does not allow for our computer system to store any customer credit card information in our computers.
By following the laws set forth by our Federal Government pertaining to the management of credit card information, and by not having any contact information provided it made this situation very difficult to correct.

I got a couple of pairs of Klog shoes to try on at home since I didn't have a lot of time on my hands to do a thourough check in the store. In 2 dyas I came back to return as they didn't work out. The guy at the front asked lots of questions about it and relactantly did the return. He also took my original reciept...1 Month later--STILL NO RETURN came through on the card! I finally called the store and the manager there was VERY easygoing and casual about this and in a very easygoing tone said: "Oh, yeah, your purchace was with a 20% off and we "refunded you" the full amount." AND THAT appearantly gave them the right to not gave my money back!
I said: "I had my original reciept with me and they guy doing the return was looking at the reciept as he was doing the transaction, why am I supposed to be keeping track of how he is doing HIS JOB? And how is it MY fault that you made a mistake? Does that immediately qualify for a person loosing their money and you ripping someone off and neevr trying to do anythign about it?" Anyway, she didn't have much to say and asked me for my card number AGAIN and did refund the money at he end of it all, but it left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I was really suspecious about their ways of doing business! Be careful with them. I would not ever go back there myself!
Finally a real scrubs store!. Finally a scrubs store for my wife and me! We both found scrubs and shoes that met our needs and more. The store was huge with great dressing rooms and the staff was more than knowledgeable. We will be back thanks for the great service and prices!!
Best Uniform Shop in Seattle.
If Nordstroms had a Scrub Section this is what it would look like.
There is almost to many choices! They carry every major brand and more inventory than I've ever seen!
Bring your own floor.. I couldn't find the shoes i was looking for because they were out ot stock so i had to purchase a more expensive model i was unfamiliar with. I tried to return the "skid resistant" shoes because they were very slippery and made my job extremely dangerous. The store wouldnt take the shoes back simply because i had worn them for 15 minutes. If you want to buy shoes here, bring a sample of the floor you work on.
