Great time had by all!. Despite what Kittynana has to say, when I brought a large group to this location of the Crab Pot, we have excellent service, attentive staff and a great time all around! The food was nice and hot and stayed that way thru the meal, the drinks were perfect, and best of all, the server was attentive and thought ahead to our needs but was not assuming or annoying...the best of all worlds. Con: The directions that I got offline were difficult to follow and I got turned around once but that is not the fault of the restaurant!

Kids will love it because they can hit the food, it is a finger place and they give you bibs...kids at heart will love it for all the same reasons plus their moderatly priced drinks, who could ask for a better place for a fun night out?

Dissapointed. A group of 6 of my co-workers went here for lunch. We arrived at 11:30 and nobody was there. The table we were seated at was dirty and the person who seated us didn't even take the time to clean it. We had to wait a long time for our food. Just as were were about to say something the food arrived at 12:20! Everyone complained that their food was cold. My veggies were like ice and my coconut shrimp was luke warm. My other co-workers fish and chips were cold, the fish tacos were cold and the beans that came with them were not warm at all. The onion rings were cold, the other shrimp dish was cold. Why the food was cold after waiting for 50 minutes is beyond me. The manager did apologize and gave us a gift certificate for the amount we spent. Not impressed.

Bring a bib because you're in for a "seafeast.". The Scene
Decor is nautical, with red-and-white tablecloths and stained glass. It's cavernous, seating more than 300. Exposed beams and rafters hold the ceiling well above red-and-white checked tablecloths and dark oak floor. Sweeping windows afford everyone a water view, and a deck allows warm-weather outdoor dining.

The Food
Order for two or more from several combinations of the "seafeasts" and prepare for vigorous dining. Servers hand over bibs, spill the bounty onto a butcher paper-topped table, point out the paper towel dispenser and hand out mallets. Various combos include lobster; king, snow and Dungeness crab; clams and mussels; salmon and halibut; andouille sausage for variety; plus red potatoes and corn on the cob, mainly for show. The kitchen grills fish like salmon and ahi to medium-rare perfection over mesquite.

Be a kid!. This place is very casual and fun. Be a kid and eat with your hands if you have to. Food is good, so are wine and beer. Just relax and enjoy. And by the way - it is a good value, if you go to Ivar's you will get just 3 pieces of deep fried fish for $6. So $22 for their "Pacific Clambake" with all the goodies is a steal. Here it is fresh and variety is great. Also, go to Bellevue location. It is newer and better looking.

P.S. Can't argue with "knowitall" below , I do not know and don't want to know how his/her grandmother's skin looks and tastes.

Darling, Fun, Happy and Tasty!. That just about sums it up.. and perhaps "Value"! More bang for your hard earned buck then most Seafood places with the pretension or over-charged under-portioned food! There are the smaller places, more fast food places, which have the same prices, without the choices of this place. I have hosted dinner parties in their banquet room, and had had excellent service as well as quiet dinners with the bib and hammer! All-in-all, a good value, beautiful location on the man-made lake and if you like Seafood. well you should find this place a Whale of the Deal Ishmael

If you like to make a mess.... If you dont mind eating mostly with your hands and making a big mess, this is the place to be. Food ranges from acceptable to great, and service is decent. Kids are pretty comfortable in this laid back establishment. Portions are good on meals, and HUGE at dessert (hint: plan to share). This place is always an experience.

Can't say it was good. Went to the Bellevue location for lunch. Food was cold, corn resembled my grandma's skin after being in the sun all day and was way overcooked. Overall, it was overpriced and bland. Will not go back.
