Its good that they don't makem like they usted to.. My transmission is so much like new;except, it makes more noise now than it did without reverse and it only cost me 3,000.00 dolares to get reverse repaired.

Dishonest Ripoff. I had the worst experience with EASTSIDE TRANSMISSION. They advertise free diagnosis service, but that's a flat out lie. BEWARE. After leaving my car with them for transmission diagnosis they stuggled to figure out the problem with my transmission and asked to keep it overnight for futher evaluation. After leaving my car with them for 36 hours, they called me and said my car has no tranmission issue and said my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived they attempted to give me a Bill for almost 1000 dollars that was a diagnosis charge to tell me nothing is wrong with my transmission. I tried to pry pricing out of them to get a ball park idea if my tranny needed replacing what that would actually cost. They kept on giving me the run around and not giving me any clear response other than saying it would cost upward of 4,500 for tranny rebuild. At the end they didnt charge me and I didnt pay, but the problem is they attempted to rip me off.
