Thoughtful, Caring Service. I was booked through another call service quoting a lower price than they should have. Eastside honered the quoted price, when they did not have to. The Tow Driver ( i am horrible at remembering names) was kind, considerate, a thorough gentleman, helped to make the experience much more pleasant than a broken down car usually would - highly recommended (and I am a tough customer)!

Excellent and Personal Service. I called regarding an old car that needed some work and had to be towed to a garage. Due to my work schedule, I needed service after hours.

Before evening towing my car the driver offered to look under the hood to see if he could help. He spent almost an hour trying to help before realizing that it would still need to go to a garage.

He knew I was on a fixed income, recommended an excellent shop and took my car there. The shop contacted me in the morning to confirm they had the card and were working on it.

Eastside Towing was a referral from a friend who had used their services for many years and I felt I had received the same treatment as if I, too, had been a long time customer even though this was my first experience.

This is the place to call for fair treatment and personal service above and beyond the call of duty.
