Yoga + profit. This is definitely a for profit yoga center. The selling of products is primary here. The yoga is good.
Very caring and educated. The teachers at Yoga Centers are some of the most highly educated and caring yoga teachers I have ever met. They seem to know just about every part of the body, and can give you a specific yoga pose or series of poses to do for anything that ailes you. And if they don't know, they are clear so as not to lead you astray. It is a very clean space and feels very safe and welcoming. It is really the best and only place to do yoga on the Eastside. I really do trust them!…

The Scene
Several styles of yoga are offered but each is based on the Iyengar style, which focuses on alignment, balance, strength, endurance and relaxation. A wall-rope system helps ensure
that students correctly position themselves in a pose and that they hold it for a long time. At age 7, owner Aadil Palkhivala began studying yoga with B.K.S. Iyengar, one of the most influential yoga instructors in the world. At 15, he was teaching yoga in India. He came to the United States in 1981 and opened Yoga Centers in 1992.
The Workout
Classes vary depending on the week of the month. The first week is the most aerobic; week two focuses on inverted poses; week three concentrates on back bends; and week four is primarily for relaxation.…

Yoga Centers is a powerful instrument for personal growth in body, mind, and spirit.…
