Very poor customer service. Although I really like the doctor I'm seeing there, it's almost not worth the trouble based on the poor service from the scheduling assistants and the lack of availability of the doctor. You have to leave multiple messages before you get a call back, and half the time you call back the person you're speaking to says there's no record of your previous call. I just don't trust the staff there.…
