Cheating & Bad service ....

I can't believe OCB still has this manager(Mohamad) still working here??? I had a same terrible service from the same manager yesterday(9/18/10). When we paid when we came in, he charged for extra drinks even when we said that we just wanted water. After we found the overcharge and asked him to correct it, he tried to ignore it but we demanded that he corrected the price then he gave us really mean and nasty services. This is not acceptable service for any bussiness. WATCH OUT everybody for this CHEATING charge.

The Shift Manager's name is Mohomad (unsure about spelling...)
We had a buy one meal get one free meal from signing up for their eclub/emails. I always use my nick name in emails because I don't like to use my full name on the internet. So the cashier asked me to hand him the coupon and my ID. Then he compared the name on the coupon and the ID and he complained that it wasn't the name on the coupon. He refused to take our coupon with a very mean expression on his face and started to complain and yell. We went in a group of four people, using only one coupon that we signed up for. Yet, this shift manager still gave us a very hard time! I think this shift manager needs to be re-trained to get better customer service skills! One thing I'm sure about is that my co-workers and my family will not return here!

- Cons: Shift Manager named Mohomad was very mean

My mom loves to eat here, so we end up going to the Old Country Buffet a lot when I visit. I think this one is an ok old country buffet. I have been to better ones before. Still, the food is good and the price is very reasonable. This Old Country Buffet is located inside the mall...which makes it a little noisier than other ones..but the noise level is tolerable.
- Pros: cheap
- Cons: not one of my first choices to eat
