Did not honor their commitment. We purchased a car from Honda of Bellevue and only received one key that day. We were promised a second key (which I believe is standard practice) but never received it. We left several messages with or saleman but he never responded. I then went to their customer service web page and posted a complaint which was totally ignored. I will never shop here again. I don't appreciate being lied to.
I purchased my car in 2005 from this dealership and after having shopped 4 or 5 other places (including other Honda dealers) I was very satisfied with my experience here. The salesperson was low pressure as was the finance lady I dealt with.
I did have an issue with my sunroof motor not working and unfortunately I did not buy an extended warranty when I bought the car. After an expensive repair which I wasn't too excited about paying I went and spoke with a different finance manager who worked with me and gave me a good deal on a warranty for my car. The downside was I had to pay cash for it which I would have preferred to be able to finance it but oh well.
So all in all a good experience but if you are like me and can't afford to pay for repairs as they come up I definitely recommend the warranty I have since used it twice and was quite happy to not have to pay a penny lol.
I also have had a good experience with the service department and like the 50 cent pops they have in the waiting room and free car washes for oil changes and service. :)
One thing as a side note, I DO NOT like Klein Honda. They are rude and I went in recently and was treated horribly. The sales staff are full of &*$% and acted like I was crazy when I didn't want to pay the outrageous asking price they had for a used car on their lot!
Great overall experience. We had a great experience with Howie Te at Honda Auto Ctr of Bellevue. Howie was extremely knowledgable about the cars and helpful in explaining the features to us. He made the experience very low stress and easy. We felt great about our decision to buy a car from Howie.

I bought my 2009 Honda Fit at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Tapeni Suiaunoa was my sales consultant and he was extremely courteous with a very easy going style! He made me feel very comfortable and was definitely reasonable during the negotiating process. He also has 17 years experience as an ASE Certified Technician, so it was extemely helpful to deal with someone who really knows the "ins & outs" of all the vehicles!
The car had been on order, and when it came in and I went to the dealership to pick it up, Tapeni took his time showing me all the features. He was extremely thorough, even explaining some of the noises I'd hear (i.e. from the antilock brakes at startup), that might be unfamiliar to me so that I wouldn't worry something was wrong with the car when I heard them. He also spent time showing my brother (who works on cars as a hobby) all the mechanics under the hood.
The finance people were also extremely courteous and low pressure. I would definitely recommend Tapeni and this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new car! I haven't used their service dep't yet, but my friend who has bought 4 Hondas from this dealership thinks the service dep't is also outstanding.
