Rotten Food, Dirty tables and Terrible Service!. We were served rotten sea bass (which costs $23.95). And I mean rotten, spoiled, gone bad, foul, make you sick when you just smelled it!!! The place is filthy and the food is terrible. I can't understand how they are in business.

Sizzling kung-paos, authentic regional dishes and affordable prices keep this place swimming in customers.. The Scene
A lot of bodies can pack into this tiny restaurant. It's a clamoring, busy place--just ask the servers. With only two people taking care of about 15 tables, including bussing the tables and manning the cash register, they share an amazing amount of work with a considerable amount of grace.

The Food
Soups are decent and stir-fries are excellent, chock-full of crisp, colorful veggies and gleaming with tasty sauces. Try the Taiwanese-style rice noodles, a light, delicate dish studded with meat, scrambled eggs and onions--it's similar to chow mein, but less greasy. The five-spice chicken, stewed in a basil and ginger sauce, isn't the most beautiful dish, but the meat is tender and delicious. Other more authentic dishes include rock cod sautéed with preserved soybean, steamed sea bass and bean ma-po tofu--cubed bean curd simmered with pork and mushroom in a chili sauce.

Good food & good value. The food was good and the volume was excellent. The sauce was a little on the salty side, but not excessively so.

Worth every penny. Excelent!. Excellent! Very simply and honestly, excellent. The people, food, and ambiance was what I hoped for and was not let down. These people servered HUGE and beautifully prepared portions of exquisit REAL Chinese food. Finally we have someplace that serves food that is reminiscent of the food I had in Bejing while I lived there, and only a few blocks away.

Going downhill. I recently revisited this restaurant and the waitress was very pushy. She pushed us into ordering more dishes than we could eat, because she told us that the portions weren't big enough to feed us. The food used to be better, and the quality has gone down. Try Yeas Wok which is only about 2 miles away from this restaurant.
