Great doctors!. I had such a great experience at this clinic! They had a great selection of eyeglass frames and sunglasses, and the doctor and staff were all very nice. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Response from Owner. I would like to respond to FreddyFilosopher's experience with our office. Rigid contact lenses can sometimes be adequately re-conditioned in 10 minutes in-office. Other times the scratches are deep enough to require sending out to the laboratory to be polished. I'm sure this can be accomplished quicker than 3 weeks--I would be happy to expedite this process for you if you will contact me. Factoria Eye Clinc poor service. I purchased an eye exam and contact lenses through Factoria Eye Clinic. One is now hurting, so I figured it was time for a lens clean and polish Shouldn't be a big deal -- 10 minute process at every eye doctor I have ever previously used. At Factoria? 3 WEEKS !?!?!

Sorry FEC, You will never see me in your office again.

Great staff, great service!. I recently moved to the area, and was looking for a new eye doctor. I was so glad I saw Dr. Kaufman! Everyone at the clinic was very friendly, they even helped explain how my insurance worked and how to get the most out of my benefits.

I strongly recommend them to everyone!

Horrible Billings Service. I advise not going this clinic unless you like to get lots of trouble. Doctor service was good. The staff there don't know how to bill to the insurance correctly. They even committ the billing fraud. I saw Dr. Jensen for the eye exam. The staff billed the service in the name of Dr. Daufman to my insurance. I immediatelly reported to my insurance and state attorney general office for the billing fraud. How can you bill to the insurance with incorrect doctor name?

Stay away from this clinic if you like to have a peace of mind.

Response from the owner. I am happy to note that one reviewer thought our staff seemed friendly and that the doctor seems knowledgeable. It is also good to learn where we can improve. Since reading this review our staff has decided to ask patients if they need their benefits explained to them before they have their appointment. If we forget (we are human) please ask us. Most doctors who provide contact lens prescriptions charge a fee for contact lens evaluation. Sometimes this is covered by insurance....sometimes not. Sometimes it is covered and comes out of your hardware benefit. Even if you have the same insurance company you had at your last examination...your benefits may have changed. If you are considering us for your eyecare needs... please know that we are committed to providing exceptional eyecare. We do care about what you think.

Recommended. We have had a dispute with the Clinic. It maybe due to miscommunication or mis-understood. However, Dr. Kaufman promptly gives explanation and we are accepting her proposition on Sept. 26, 2008.

Remember to ask for how much the services cost!. The staff in the clinic is pretty friendly. Dr. Kaufman is pretty knowledgeable but does not tend to explain what she is doing. They were not very good in telling you the cost of their services up front, though. I have been wearing contacts and I did not expect to be charged for "Contact Lens Evaluation," which my insurance does not cover. It was a surprise when I checked out. Apparently, it is legal for the clinic to do so but not everyone is doing it. If you are planning to give this clinic a try, make sure to ask them what kind of services you will be getting and how much they are going to cost.
