May 28, 2012 - Sun Villa to close!. If you're a patron, get it while you can. The evil landlord who owns the building (Toyota of Bellevue) is going to knock it down and build storage. Yes, storage. Storage for their cars.

Wonderful experience! Excellent customer service!!. This was the first time my friend and I went to this bowling alley. Because my friend is physically disabled, we were both given a discounted price, which was around $3 less than the regular price. They even asked us if we would like to use the "bumper" lanes, as opposed to the regular lanes. While my friend and I were there (we bowled 2 games), the staff was extremely courteous to us - the manager even stopped by our lane to ask us how we were enjoying our evening. During our first game, one of the employees stopped by our lane to see if we wanted any food or drinks - my friend ordered a soft drink. After we finished our 2 games, when we went to pay, the man behind the desk was not only courteous he also mentioned the details of their "summer discount" program to us. While he was mentioning the program to us, he checked his register then informed us that, because of the discounted rate that we had received, we would actually be getting a better deal using our discounted price than we would have received with the "summer discount". He then introduced himself to us, shook both our hands, and invited us to come back again. Overall, my friend and I had a wonderful time and we will definitely be coming back.

Customer Service?. The lanes are in good shape. It is true that it is hard to get in to at times. The one issue that keeps us from going back are their rude customer service at the front counter. Could use a Nordstrom or Starbuck training course to improve their attitude.

Bring it on... Tough to get in during the evening always running into league competition. After league though pretty good deals going on, only $1.40 a game which is as cheap as you will find on the eastside. Their Xtreme bowls could use a little more life, music is pretty good especially since sunday is country music time. Shot is nice if you can get it right after oiling, tends to carry down quickly on the synthetic lanes.
