Beware!. There is no ZERO rating on this site, unfortunately. While eating a COCKROACH actually crawled on our table. WTF? When we notified the waiter he squashed it with his hand! Dine here at your own risk!

Great Place for Groups. Just got back from breakfast with a group of friends, its rare a place can have families on one wall, and a group of 20 somethings on the other with no problems. food was great along with service, great atmosphere for me and my friends. would recommend highly

All you can eat pancakes are AWESOME. the all you can eat pancakes is a great deal, portions are great, food is fantastic. will go again for sure

Excellent Food. The pancakes are soooo good here, fluffy and great flavor. everything else was top notch as well. eggs were perfect, meat was above average quality and cooked perfectly.

The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk pancakes and pigs in blankets: sausage links wrapped in hotcakes. Other breakfast items include waffles, omelets, French toast and crepes. Non-breakfast offerings include sandwiches, burgers, entree-sized salads, and dinners like T-bone steak, pot roast and herb-roasted chicken.

Food was lukewarm...cold.. Food was lukewarm...

Went to IHOP in Bellevue for breakfast...

the place was crowded, got a seat for two after 12-15min..

I ordered the breakfast sampler...and when the food finally arrived,

it was lukewarm to cold, the pankcakes looked deflated and depressing.

Never coming back to this place.

Yum, pancakes.. IHOP is THE definition of comfort food. It's great for when you just want a quick breakfast, pancakes for dinner, or you can't decide on anywhere more interesting. It's super cheap, the service is good, and there are 4 different flavors of syrup :)

Make sure you look for the beehive-hair lady to be your server - she's a MACHINE, refilling coffee and water constantly. It's a great place to go if you just want something tasty to munch on while you talk with friends, or if you're in a hurry but don't want any of the typical fast food joints around.
