Customer Service Top Rate at Bellevue Plumbing. We've called Bellevue Plumbing numerous times over the years to respond to our plumbing needs at our homes as well as our rental house in Bellevue. We recently called Edna at Bellevue Plumbing to request a service call and asked that she contact our tenants directly to arrange a time that worked for both parties. Edna's customer service was simply outstanding and we sincerely appreciate the repairs and plumbing replacements that Ryan completed. Our tenants were very happy with the fast response and job well done. Thank you!

Professional and Courteous Plumbing. I called Bellevue Plumbing and Heating recently about a leaky sink following a bathroom remodel that was done. I really appreciated Bellevue Plumbing’s polite and responsive communication and excellent customer service. I also want to mention that our plumbers (Brandon and Darrell) did a wonderful job on the original remodel. They were easy to communicate with, polite, efficient, and seemed very diligent about making the plumbing quiet (a request/concern of mine). They went above and beyond to show me what they had done to make the pipes quiet, and definitely went the extra mile to make it a perfect job. Brandon and Darrell should be commended for their excellent diligence and polite customer service. They took extra care to make sure everything was just right. I would absolutely hire Bellevue Plumbing for future jobs and will recommend them to others who need professional and courteous plumbing help.

Quality plumbing service, excellent value. I had Bellevue Plumbing out last week to re-pipe my rental house. The house had galvanized steel water pipe, my tenants were tired of the rust and low water pressure. Between the estimator coming out and explaining they process and the installation team of Brandon and Darrell, the job went smoothly and after 2 days the water quality went from a zero to a 10. I have a new Pex water system is what they call it. The pipes are even colored red and blue. They warrenty all their installations too.

I will recommend this company to any of the neighbors who need to re-pipe their older homes. Thanks Bellevue Plumbing.

Prompt Professional Plumbers. I recently had Bellevue Plumbing replace a water line that ran from the sidewalk to our home. They gave me an estimate that seemed a bit more than my other estimates; however their estimate included a warranty on their work. The estimates from other companies I had gotten did not include any warranty. Bellevue Plumbing arrived as scheduled and took care while digging the trench through our yard using tarps to put the dirt on to protect the grass and landscaping. They worked efficiently and completed the work sooner than we had expected. On completion of the job the trench had been backfilled and the workers had restored our lawn to one nice tidy trench line that nature will fill in with time. I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I will definitely call them with future plumbing issues.

Bellevue Plumbing and Heating doesn't own up to mistakes. BPand H put in outdoor fireplace plumbing 4 years ago. Used flexible tubing instead of rigid for the gas line coming up through the fire box. When the line needed to be replaced recently, the owner (BP and H) blamed the mason and contractor for bricking around the flexible tubing He said the mason should have insisted the plumber change it to rigid pipe (the mason asked if it was ok b/c he had never seen it done like that and he was told it was fine). When BP and H replaced the flexible tubing with rigid recently, the mason had to come back and BP and H refused to pay for the mason's work, saying that he should have refused to brick around the flexible tubing in the first place. The owner of BP and H expects other subcontractors to monitor his workers and when they make a mistake, he blames it on the subs. We were out $273..

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Charged $200 for a 15 minute visit, (and if you question this, they pull out their "union wage sheet" as if that justifies these outrageous fees.) They did not have any basic parts along to fix anything, so basically just confirmed what I told them was wrong. Forgot to order parts, forgot to call me to reschedule to come back. Rescheduled, and then were a no-show, so I took off work for no reason. They had no explanation for why they did not call me to let me know they were canceling. Very disorganized business, I cannot find a single good review of them online. I think they hire random union plumbers, so don't have much control over the quality.
