LOVE this food, service and quality for price. The stir fried noodles and "ugly" rice are to die for. I love them so much that I rarely have the courage to order anything else from the menu. The bubble tea and hot tea varieties are also good. I don't really eat the Pho so can't comment on that.

I love Saigon City. This was hands down the best place I have ever been to for Pho. I am a huge fan of the dish and I have tried many places in Washington in search of the best. Saigon City is the best. The staff is so friendly and the service is wonderful. Don't forget to try the Yo Fresh frozen Yogurt for dessert.
