very honest shop with alot of integrity

when my car broke down i had it towed to BAE bellevue auto electric. the advisor was quick to write me up a work order and shuttle me to enterprise so i could get to work. i had told them to keep it under $2000 LOL and he smiled and said we will try. he called and quoted me later $778.53 ofcourse i expected the worse so it was alot better then i thought when i came to pick my car up they actually told me they found a better part for cheaper and the mechanic got it done alot quicker then the time quoted for. My bill was only $553.74 ii was amazed in how honest they were and they didnt just keep the extra money quoted for more profit. this shop really is a shop of integrity and the advisor is very knowledgable and friendly i recommend them to everybody i hear talk about car problems or regular routine service they really are good people that know there just like us and need to save money. thanks BAE

One of the last honest shops

I`ve been doing business with Mike Lenci and his crew for more years than I care to count. They are probably the most thorough and concise group of mechanics that I know of.

Some times their price seems a little high but in the long run it has proven to be worth it. I have found that if I have a problem with anything they worked on, all I have to do is call them and it is taken care of to my satisfaction.

They are the best around!!

By the way, I know for a fact that the reviewer that is calling them "thieves" was let go from his job as a service writer for them for doing just what he is accusing them of doing. Don`t believe him.

THEY HAVE A PARTS MATRIX,THAT MARKS UP THERE PARTS,IF THE PART COSTS $10.00,THEY CHARGE YOU,$39.00!!!

ALSO ON THERE DIAGNOSIS FEES,THEY ARE PAYING THE TECH 2 TO 1,MEANING THEY BILL YOU FOR THE WHOLE THREE HOURS OR WHATEVER TIME YOU HAVE AGREED TO,THEN THE TECH SPENDS 1 1/2 HOURS DIAGNOSIS,AND YOU GET CHARGED THE FULL RATE.

Totally Impressed!!!

I just took my car to Bellevue Auto for servicing. Their service was exceptional!!!! They told me exactly what they were going to take care of and how much it would cost. They even told me what things I could wait. Their service comes with a warranty which gave me absolute piece of mind. They made it so easy to take care of something I thought would be such a hassle. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Trustworthy auto repair

If you are looking for a reliable auto repair shop, I would highly recommend Mike Lenci's Bellevue Auto Service and Electric. I have been a customer since 1993. Mike and his crew has serviced my daily drivers and my entire collection of classic Oldsmobiles. Whether it is a simple oil change or a complete engine overhaul, I have trusted Mike and his team of mechanics. On many cases, especially with my classic automobiles, Mike has personally worked on my project (which gives me a personal sense of security and well-being). Unless something extra-ordinary pops up, Mike is always on time and within the estimate.

One aspect of Mike's personality that gives me personal comfort is that Mike has always been "a car guy". Mike has personally restored numerous cars over his lifetime and is actively involved in the classic car club scene in the Puget Sound area. Mike is well-known and well-respected by car club folks and the general auto repair industry. He always makes me feel like I am his most important customer.
