The Scene
What's in a "total fitness environment"? Come here to find out. The short answer: too many amenities to list. For starters, though, it should be noted that it includes nine tennis courts, nearly 50 styles of group classes, a women-only gym, suspended aerobics floors, a restaurant, dry cleaning and lifestyle activities ranging from rafting to bridge. Four swimming pools offer a breathtaking assortment of classes and workouts. Take the tour and be dazzled.
The Workout
The club has everything, all of the highest quality. For example, the basketball floor isn't just any floor: It's the floor used for the 1989 NCAA men's Final Four games. And that guy who just swatted your limp layup across Lake Washington? Never know, he could be among the several NBA players who drop by for pickup games. More than 60 personal trainers are on-hand to help plan a unique workout.

I work for Microsoft and I have heard some of my co-workers talk about the pro sports club here at work. I gave the club a try, but it really is not for people like me. I think it is too expensive, too uninviting, and too expensive... Did I mention that it is too expensive? While I was told that since I work for Microsoft I would receive a discount, I was wondering when they were going to knock some $$ off the final total price. The bottom line - I was not impressed with this club enough to pay what they were asking. I was also not impressed by the amount of pressure put on by their sales staff.

We have been members for a long time and the food in the upstairs cafe has always been bad. They recently added breakfast so we thought we would give it another try. The swimming pools are packed on weekends so you would think you would have to rush to get a table. But it's never busy as nobody heads up there afterwards and I know why. The burger was not cooked in the middle eventhough we ordered medium. The pancakes had bits of burnt on it like the grill had not been cleaned. The eggs were like rubber and the toast arrived long after the rest of the breakfast. We had to ask for silverware for the kids and their chicken strips were dry and hard. So we were dissappointed again.
Pros: Great childcare, work out facilities and free towels.
Cons: Pay extra for classes, no shallow pool for young kids.
