I could not believe how my family was treated. The staff was clueless to the children. They had no answers to simple questions such as questions about my son's soiled clothes or a bite on his arm. The assistant director was nice at first and then all of the sudden rude and snappy. The director is unreachable either by phone or in person. There are a few staff members that were helpful but then others that can't speak english or didn't care and would be rude. The staff in general are unhappy and rude and the children bored.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: dirty, unhappy, unpleasant

Part-time infant care with a "home-like" feel is hard to come by. Lil' People's World Infant Center offers the best of both worlds and more. The Infant Center is a great home-away-from home. In fact, it was a home at one point and the character and warmth of the home still fills the center. The staff is ultra-caring staff. The classrooms are safe and clean classrooms. And the diversity of it's students reflect our community. Our 1-year-old has florished there and continues to enjoy every moment she's in their care. When we pull into the lot, she instantly becomes excited and happy to be there. Lil' People's World holds a special place in my heart as it was my home-away-from-home nearly 30 years ago. I spent the first 6 years of my life there and feel proud to be able to share the experience with my daughter.
Pros: Home-like feel, great staff, diverse meal options, price
Cons: It's a bit far from my home.
