Bad place for any rentals!. We got married over the Spring of 2007 and had our reception here at North Bellevue Community Senior Center. There is a nice big dance floor and large seating area. All appears good at this point until a few weeks after our wedding we noticed we had not received our deposit back. The city wrote back saying that I (the groom) was outside on my wedding day making alteration with plants and trees. I know, I thought it was a joke, but they were serious... I don't remember the suddenly urge to do some lawn work. They also said we were serving alcohol when all we had was sparkling cider and water. My wife is not even 21 so why would we spend the money on alcohol? Not once did they say that we damaged any part of the building. Management at this place is a joke and I highly recommend for people NOT to have their wedding reception here... or for any rental needs. I have found other reports saying the center has held the deposit for no good reason.
