A family-run, local chain since 1979, Torero's offers traditional Mexican favorites plus a few all-American offerings like burgers. Starters include shrimp cocktail, quesadillas and pozole--hominy soup with pork loin meat. Lunch and dinner combinations feature enchiladas, chiles rellenos, burritos, tacos and more, plus entrees like chicken in mole, carnitas and other traditional dishes. For dessert, there's homemade flan, sopapillas or fried ice cream.
