Service Dept. a Joke. The service dept. is surly and rude. They quote one price on the phone and then charge you more after they do the work. When you call them on it they blow you off with a so what attitude. Will never use them again!
Lack of integrity with a dash of grumpiness!.
We have bought several appliances from this company over the years--no more! The dryer they sold us literally shakes the whole house and they basically told us that there is nothing they can do about this??
Furthermore the sales manager is a big time grump. The service department manager even admitted that their sales manager is a crusty old codger....what are the owners thinking--furthermore check out the rest of these reviews. Pathetic!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR.
We just had the worst customer service experience ever.
After 2 techs came over, ordered the wrong parts for our Samsung fridge (we paid for them) and paid for service calls, the fridge was not working.
They don't keep you updated on what is being done, we had to call them over and over, they do not answer their e-mail.
All this went on for 30 days, while I had to store food in coolers and a borrowed fridge in garage.
All it needed was a 13 dollar defrost sensor that this other company installed.
Seattle Home Appliance has no integrity, they should not repair something if they do not know how
Poor customer service. Awful, unprofessional. Wish I'd never done business with them.

don't do it. This was the most unprofessional experience i have ever had. After they didn't come out after 3 weeks now they are of accusing us of not paying. And what a surprise my dishwasher still isn't fixed, but I would rather pay someone else than to ever have to deal with these people again. NO INTEGRITY!!!!! Awful Awful

Terrible in Service. They have the missing part they took away 3 months ago! The dissapointing fact is that the service technician who originally took it from my house (which I saw him do with my own 2 eyes) denies ever taking it in the first place which is why there has been such a delay. I saddens me that their technician who I let into my home is a liar. I will be making no more Viking purchases from this supplier and I strongly encourages other took look elsewhere unless they enjoy wasting their timewith getting the run around and dishonest service.

the service here is just the oposite of what all those big chains give. It feels great to be greated when you come in to a store.
