We had no problems with the way our beagle was boarded. He seemed as grumpy when we picked him up as when we checked him in for a week long stay. What can you say about a dog. He didn't catch anything and didn't loose any weight. The office did seem a little caitic though. He was checked in with what I would discribe as a kennel version of a "candy striiper". Didn't really know the job and had to ask a lot of instruction but when your young at a new job that's to be expected. Will use again.

This Doggie Hotel is the BEST! It was highly recommended by several friends, one who drives from S. Seattle. Decor is reminscient of Youth Hostel, with rates to match, but staff is warm and loving. On the telling second visit, our dog was so excited in parking lot, I almost fell by pull of leash. Weekend check in can sometimes have long lines. Try and go night before..it gives your pet more playtime with other nice guests!
