I have been a customer at Sanda Cleaners since the day it opened. In 2007, Sanda Cleaners was awarded one of the top 10 dry cleaners in Seattle by the Seattle Times. A well-deserved reconigition of what Mill Creek residents have known for years.

The couple who own and operate the dry cleaners will always greet you with a smile and hello. I trust their experience with all my garments, from business attire to my formal gowns. I have recommended their servies to all my co-workers, neighbors and family for their outstanding quality of service.

• Pros: Cleanliness of Store, all work done on-site, great customer service
• Cons: Plaza can get hectic during dinner hours - but there are 2 reserved parking spots right in front

Sanda Cleaners

I took my suit to Sanda Cleaners and they returned it with a large rip in my pants. The store was not willing to take any responsibility for ruining my suit. I highly discourage individuals from dry cleaning their clothes at this establishment. They failed to take responsibility for their actions and were dishonest.

• Pros: Prior to the most recent incident they served me quite well and were dependable
• Cons: They ripped my pants and failed to take responsibility. Buyer Beware!!!!
