Claire's Pantry has been in Edmonds for decades and some of the regular clientele have been frequenting Claire's for about that long. A few years ago the restaurant underwent a major facelift and they have really cleaned the place up and it looks fantastic. The food isn't blow your socks off wonderful but it's pretty good. The prices are very reasonable and the hot chocolate is great. My main complaint is always slow service. It seems that they never have enough servers. But like I said, if you walk by enough you'll recognize the same people in there for breakfast every single day and it's really become a part of Edmonds, so if you're in town, you really should stop by.

This place is great for burgers. It's a sleeper that many people from Seattle don't know about. The best burger is a the "Carnival Burger", with melted cheese and carmalized onions on an egg-bun. The down side is that this place is closes down early.

Wonderful turkey plates, great prime rib - get the early bird .... you will love it, Cheerful service, great attendance, good wine and really good food. But chose your plates properly - there is a lot to come and you might not can eat it all. We've loved to eat there, but time has gone by. Gabriele and James on SV Mariane now in Mazatlan, Mexico.
