This review is for the service department. I've had my KLR there a couple of times and I must say that it's worth the hour drive from Seattle. They are friendly, helpful, and they stayed in touch and let me know when the bike was ready. Not much more to add...

I came to Clem's to purchase a pre-owned 2006 Katana for my son for his birthday. The sales staff were very friendly, and great to deal with and talk to. The parts and service staff were also very friendly, and spent allot of time with us to ensure we were well taken care of. The purchase of the Katana, and a helmet for my son, went very smoothly. Thanks guys and gals at Clem's for a pleasurable buying experience. We'll definitely be back for further purchases in the future.

The service dept. is outstanding. Jeff and his crew do a great job. I would recomend them to anyone. Although i live on the east side of the state if I were to buy a new machine I would go back to Enumclaw Suzuki.

I picked up the ranger on Wednesday and it looks fantastic! It is great to see a business that stands behind what it sells. You now have a customer for life.

Please thank Jeff, he was very helpful, professional, and kept up the communication. The tech involved, I think his name was Randy, did an excellent job putting it all back together as well as solving the electrical problems. I also sincerely appreciate all your help in overseeing this project.

I was looking for a bike that was not to exspensive, and after calling all the major dealers in my area I decided to try Enumclaw. It was a little out of my area living in Spanaway and all but i'm glad I did. They hooked me up with a sweet 88 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 and man I could not be happier! She runs great between work and scooting around I have already put close to 500 miles on her and not an issue with her. I have decided that when I need to trade up or get my kids a bike they are the ones that I will be going back to.

Had my 3000 mile service on my spyder and everything was first rate. Jeff handled all of the paperwork and Randy did excellent work on my bike. On my ride home the bike handled and ran like new, I will definately return to the facility. My thanks to everyone!
