Great Food and Ice Cream. I just love the chicken strip basket.I got really good service and their Oreo Blizzard is good,i also loved the banana split.My son had a peanut buster and he love it.It's cold outside but i'm Definitely coming back!Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A big dissapointment. I don't know why I even go back to this Dairy Queen. I order the same thing every time and every time it's a HUGE dissapointment! 3 out of 3 times I've ordered a banana split blizzard, only to find three pieces of banana and NO other fruit added in. I wont be making that mistake again!!

Absolutely the worst DQ around. NO STARS!!. Ordered 2 large Blizzards, had a coupon for a Free Blizzard at same or lesser value. Order taker refused coupon and said that it was only for medium size (this was before even seeing the coupon). Nowhere on the coupon does it even mention the word medium in full or abbreviated fashion. At the window she fake reads the coupon then lies and reconfirms what she already told us (only for medium size) then hands it back. After I review it a thrid time and confirm that I am correct. She has to take the coupon to another employee (who can maybe read) for further review. That employee comes back and says, "ok we took off your small blizzard". I'm wondering what she means by small blizzard? Clearly there has been a complete communication breakdown and she has no clue what she is doing and this has gone way beyond complicated to explain to this gal at the window. I then just decide to cancel the whole thing and drive off dissapointed once again. This is a common occurance at this particular DQ. They are much slower and way more inaccurate with their ordering process that any other DQ that I have ever been to. The staff that I have ever dealt with there are very immature and unproffesional when attempting to resolve the simplest of order discrepancy. We reluctantly return to this DQ in hopes that things might change but it seems to be an ongoing issue, perhaps poor management is to blame. We have also noticed a very bad bitter taste from the fries everytime we order. Many a visit we have had to wait a very long time (sometimes over 10 min) when having food made that was missed and not in the bag. Judging from her attitude, I felt as if they made us wait longer just because we told them they missed something on our order and they were just pissed off at their job or something. In any event I will not be returning to this DQ ever again. The DQ in Auburn is a little bit better, the DQ in Fife is superb. Steer clear of Federal Way Dairy Queen, terrible customer service.
