Great One stop shop. I'm new to the area and need to get my lawn equipment service. I was looking for a place that is knowledgeable about echo and honda equipment. My neighbor told me that only place to go was Issaquah Honda Kubota. He has been a customer of there for 10+ years and had nothing but good things to say about the place. I decided to bring my mower and trimmer in for service and had nothing but the best experience. The parts and service counter is very knowledgeable about the product they service. The units were completed in a very timely matter and the price was right.

I totally disagree with the last review, I would take my equipment back and recommend the place to all my friends.

Unqualified repair shop for Echo Brand Products. I took a string trimmer in for a "tune-up" and a brush cutter head attachment to be installed. I asked if this trimmer had the strength to handle a brush cutter wheel. The answer was YES. So the tune up and work was done. However, the unit was not big enough to handle the cutter wheel, and could not come to full throttle without vibrating out of control and stalling....without doing any cutting. They never checked it out. This "error" damaged my shaft and cable and the trimmer now locks up and will not start. They will not stand behind their work because it was not their fault that the manual said the brush cutter wheel would work. They installed the 7 inch diameter (round cutter) when it should have been the small triangular brush trimmer. After a refund only for the parts that were wrong they still charged me $179 for a TUNE UP! And will not replace the shaft or cable that they damaged due to their incompetence. IF you want your ECHO brand gas powered equipment serviced, use Horizon Distributors in Bellevue. They diagnosed the problem and I ended up buying a new trimmer because the cost of repairing the old one was nearly as much as a new trimmer. I wrote an email and a letter and both were ignored. AVOID Issaquah Honda Kubota for EVERYTHING you need serviced. I will never step into their place of business again. There are too many reputable dealers in the area that are competent, courteous and stand behind their work.
