Owners are relaxed, friendly and very, very helpful. They seriously consider and nearly always answer positively and cheerfully even the vaguest request. They have incredible memory retrieval and a well-organized store.

I have to agree with everything the previous reviewer said. This is a great little book shop; I just discovered it and will be a steady customer. Yes, the customer service is wonderful and Greg, the owner, is a wonderful conversationalist, finding common ground with (I would imagine) every customer! The selection looks great and I am excited to begin using this exchange - who needs the big chains? :-)
