Worst service ever. Totally does not keep promise. Disrepectful of customers needs and inferior service. Go somewhere else instead. Also rude and lacking integrity.

Nault's Customer Service. I have been a customer of Nault Jewelry since 2001 when I first requested engraving on a special folding knife. After I moved to Sammamish in 2005, I have purchased ear rings, necklaces of the highest quality. I have had my old watch and necklaces serviced sometimes on the spot. My prize possession was the purchase of my Citizen Eco-Drive watch which I bought on time before my January retirement. It is a family owned business and their service gives you the feeling you're friends.
