They use shock collars in the office!
by Anony12 at Citysearch
Thankfully, I haven't been to this office, but I would be SO UPSET if I found that my dogs had been shocked while at the vet. If they are willing to use shock collar on a dog, what else are they willing to do? If they are willing to impose pain while walking in their office, I worry that they would not be interested in minimizing pain during procedures.
Best animal hospital in the region!
by sunnyinseattle17 at Citysearch
Throughout the years I have taken my animals to many different clinics around the greater seattle area. My pets are like famly and mean the world to me so it's very important that i provide them with the best I can manage.
The first thing that stood out to me is that Inglemoor Animal Hospital understands and embraces the idea that pets are more than animals, but family members. The staff is kind and helpful and the doctors are very knowledgable and gentle. All the vets are great but my favorite vet is Dr. Pfeifer who I believe owns the clinic. He truly cares about his patients and gives his full effort and attention to each one, unlike other clinics I've been to. He even took time out of his schedule to come to my home when my poor Sadie had to be put down so she would be as comfortable as possible. I was truly touched, and to me it really separated him from the rest.
Inglemoor Animal Hospital is very professional but also very caring and close, so I don't mind having to drive the extra distance from my house to go to it. As long as this practice continues to run, which I'm certain will be many, many more years, I will continue to bring my animals there. I recommend every pet owner to do the same!
A Wonderful Hospital

Dr. Mike Pfiefer has been taking care of our yellow Labrador for nearly three and a half years. He has been an amazing, caring, professional and thorough caretaker for our Rosie. If there's a surgery or something else that Dr Mike feels he's not comfortable doing, his recommendations have always worked out great. We have several close friends that also take their furry friends to Dr. Mike at Inglemoor Animal Hospital.
There have been times when Dr. Mike was not available and the other doctor's there on staff were just as professional and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable working with the other DVM doctors. All their staff have been so caring, professional and always easy to work with.
- Pros: Caring, Professional, Thorough, Knowlegable etc…
- Cons: Haven't discovered any.
Dr. Pheiffer is the best vet in area.

Started taking animals to Dr Pheiffer when practice first opened. My experience with him is that he is a remarkable Vet as well as a person. Took my dog to him for his whole life and when he passed away after 13 years Mike came to my house to make him comfortable in his last moments with us. Never ever had someone show so much compassion and professionalism in the situation.
