Best Water Ski Coach in the NorthWest

Mark Lord had been my coach this past year and has helped me improve my water ski form and technique. With being new to the area, Mark has open many water ski opportunities for me this past season and continues by introducing me to other skiers. It is because of his helpful coaching, I was able to qualify for the AWSA National competition. Can't wait for next season

They do the right thing...

I bought a used boat from SWS last winter (Dec 2010). Nothing fancy. 2005 MB Sport Wakeboard boat.

Dewinterized in late March. Had nothing but issues with it taking on water in the spring. Took it back to SWS when the bilge pump finally died to see what was up.

Turns out it had a cracked engine block from freeze damage. Talked to the owner about it in June as summer was finally approaching. He did some research and we both came to the conclusion that it was delivered to me with this issue.

To their credit. They replaced the engine and bilge pump at their own expense. Even went so far as to clean the exterior and handle some other minor issues.

I can't say how impressed I was with their integrity and willingness to do the right thing here. I have recommended them to several friends now and am a customer for life.

Great long term relationship

I have done business with Seattle water Sports for over 10 years. I have purchased two boats from them and had the boats serviced there and am very satisfied with the service and pricing I received. My boat is in central Washington but I bring it back to SWS for regular service and I know the work will be done correctly.

I also buy skis, wakeboards, and other toys from SWS as I know they only carry quality products and provide excellent service.

I have referred many friends to SWS and they have referred their friends. Why deal with Internet based stores when SWS has great prices and service.

Great Service Shop

Took my v2100 tige in to have a ballast pump replaced. Service was fast and done well. They were very accommodating to my schedule as we were leaving on a boating trip in less than a week. Would use again for service anytime.

Love my 256 SSX

Replaced my 23' Maxum with a 25' Chaparral summer 2009 because of the great deals being offered. Great boat. I looked at them all and almost bought a Azure. Drove to Kenmore to see a comparable Chaparral and was sold immediately. The problem is for service I have a 1 hour drive. They need an outlet in the south end. A fancy show room would be nice too but that would then be reflected in prices so I'm glad for the warehouse.

Problems - I had 3 "void" spots as they called them where the fiberglass caved in the size of thumbnails. They fixed these free at my 20 hour service. They fixed some things that I broke too "under warranty". Can't beat that.

Just a great boat. Only 4 stars because they have a north end location.

• Cons: These guys are in Kenmore and I am in Gig Harbor
